Annihilation squad killed Solier-Huallanca family in Ayacucho
In the early morning of July 18, 1991, an annihilation squad entered the Solier-Huallanca home and murdered Celestina Huallanca (teacher and witness to the murder of Luis Antonio Morales Noriega), her husband Francisco Solier Garcia, her son Waldy Solier Huallanca (14 years old) and her nephew Carlos Jose Rodriguez Cordero (18 years old). Francisco Solier García was suspected of belonging to the PCP-Sendero Luminoso.
