Targeted assassination of Luis Antonio Morales Noriega in Ayacucho
Luis Antonio Morales Noriega was assassinated in Ayacucho in a selective execution carried out by a specialized group related to the army intelligence agents of the Los Cabitos de Ayacucho barracks. This assassination shows the degree of preparation for a selective execution. Five days later, the same group apparently killed the Solier-Huallanca family.
