Arrest and disappearance of Manuel Meneses and Felix Inga in Huancayo

Manuel Meneses Sotacuro and Felix Inga, young men from the Peruvian Evangelical Church, were arrested and later disappeared by the police in Huancayo. CONEP together with Ceapaz and the Archbishopric of Huancayo denounced the incident nationally and internationally. The young people were never found.
