On April 26, 1991, in Aguaytía, province of Padre Abad, department of Ucayali, three people were arrested and subsequently disappeared: the brother, cousin and partner of the plaintiff. The facts were perpetrated by members of the Peruvian Navy. The affiant gave her testimony narrating these events that directly affected her family.
