Formalization of criminal complaint for disappearance of Ernesto Castillo Paez

The head of the 14th Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Lima filed a criminal complaint against the Chief of the National Police General PNP Victor Manuel Alvarado Plasencia, the Chief of the DIRCOTE General PNP Enrique Oblitas Jaén, the Commissioner of the San Juan de Miraflores Police Station Major PNP Victor Vargas Giraldés, and the Commander of the San Juan de Miraflores Police Station Sergeant PNP, the Commissioner of the San Juan de Miraflores Police Station Major PNP Victor Vargas Giraldés, and the Commander of the Guard of the San Juan de Miraflores Police Station Sergeant PNP Jose Emilio Campos Chira, for the crimes against the duties of their function and abuse of authority against Ernesto Castillo Paez.
