Father of Ernesto Castillo Paez files Habeas Corpus lawsuit before the 24th Court of Instruction of Lima.
Mr. Cromwell Castillo Castillo, father of Ernesto Castillo Paez, filed a Habeas Corpus suit before the 24th Court of Instruction of Lima on behalf of his son and against the Ministry of the Interior, the Chief of the Peruvian National Police and the Chief of the National Directorate against Terrorism. The lawsuit sought the appearance alive of Ernesto Castillo Paez after his arrest on October 21, 1990.
