Leywer Ruiz Trigoso killed and mutilated by military troops in Huanganapampa
On September 25, 1990, Leywer Ruiz Trigoso was arrested in the village of Huanganapampa by military troops from Rupa Rupa. He was later found dead with his body machine-gunned and his head mutilated by an explosive.
