Murder of the owner of Confecciones Eagle for not paying quotas to the PCP-SL.
On August 20, 1990, Edmundo Aguilar, owner of the small business Confecciones Eagle, was killed by the PCP-SL for not paying quotas (extortion). This case shows how the PCP-SL also extorted small businessmen.
