Car bomb in Cuzco leaves one dead and 18 injured
One dead and 18 wounded in a car bomb explosion on Maruri Street, Cuzco city. The next day the owner of the vehicle, former police sergeant Melitón Candia Guzmán, was found dead. This attack was evidence of the urban violence that affected the cities during the conflict.
