Arrest and disappearance of Guadalupe Ccallocunto
On June 10, 1990, 15 hooded men wearing military fatigues entered Guadalupe Ccallocunto's home and disappeared her. She was a member of ANFASEP and was looking for her husband who had been missing since 1983.
On June 10, 1990, the day of the second round of the general elections, 15 heavily armed hooded men in military fatigues entered Guadalupe Ccallocunto's home. Guadalupe had organized the National Association of Relatives of the Disappeared, Kidnapped and Detained of Peru (ANFASEP) to find the whereabouts of her husband Eladio Quispe Mendoza, who had been arrested and disappeared on December 18, 1983. After the hooded men entered her home, Guadalupe Ccallocunto was disappeared.
