Extrajudicial execution of 10 peasants in Capullullo Hill

Ten detainees were taken to the Capullullo hill where they were extrajudicially executed. The soldiers placed the people in a horizontal line and detonated explosive devices, immediately after which they shot them with machine guns. The bodies were thrown into pits. The victims were: Julio Huamaní Huisa, José Eusebio Huamaní Charccahuana, Jesús Jauja Sullo, Julio Apfata Tañire, Eustaquio Apafata Salhua, Juan Huisa Pacco, Zenón Huisa Pacco, Marcos Zacarías Huisa Llamocca, Gregorio Alferes Triveño and Marcos Torres Salhua. Testimonies confirm that the grenades were used on people still alive.
