Murder of Balvino Huamaní Medina in Ccasahui

Balvino Huamaní Medina, 60 years old, died in the house where they were being held. He was forced to drink liquor with a strange substance that one of the soldiers put in his cup. The necropsy protocol revealed that he died as a consequence of cardio respiratory arrest, severe encephalic traumatism, due to internal hemorrhage in the encephalic mass. Testimonies indicate that he was poisoned by the soldiers.
