Tortures at Suracocha lagoon, Ccasahui

Seven people looking for a stolen donkey were detained by the military patrol: Balvino Huamaní Medina, Juan Huisa Pacco, Zenón Huisa Pacco, Marcos Zacarías Huisa Llamocca, Gregorio Alferes Triveño, Quintín Alferes Cjuro and Telésforo Alferes Achinquipa.
