Arrest and death of Víctor Huachaca Gómez in Huacullo

A military patrol arrived at the Ccochopata ranch in Huacullo and arrested Antonio Huachaca and two of his children. Later they detained 4 more people in a school. At dawn on April 21, the interrogations began, subjecting the detainees to torture. Víctor Huachaca Gómez was the first to be interrogated and died after being tortured by immersion in water and beatings.
