Disappearances and extrajudicial executions in Chumbivilcas
Military patrol killed 13 peasants, raped 3 women and disappeared 8 persons
An Army patrol from the Antabamba Base, under the command of Lieutenant EP nicknamed 'Negro' or 'Negrón', raided several villages on the border between Antabamba and the province of Chumbivilcas. The patrol killed 13 peasants who were previously tortured, raped 3 women and disappeared 8 people, including a girl of approximately 8 years old. The murders were perpetrated with explosives and machine gun fire on the Capullullo hill.
