Community of Collana agrees to form anti-beagle teams

The community of Collana in Livitaca, province of Chumbivilcas, agreed in a general assembly to form teams and identify the cattle rustlers in order to hand them over to the police. This communal decision is evidence of the peasant organization to confront the problem of cattle rustling that was affecting the region.
