Military kill Anatolio and Rumo Trujillo and rape their daughter after PCP-SL booby-trap explosion
On January 6, 1990, in Angashyacu, the PCP-SL decreed an armed strike and left a bomb at the door of Anatolio Trujillo's house. When the red flag was removed, the bomb exploded, injuring a member of the military. The military entered the house shooting and killed Anatolio with a bullet in the head, as well as Rumo, and Anatolio's daughter was dragged by the hair, beaten and raped.
