Sexual abuse and forced abortions by Comrade Feliciano

Comrade Feliciano of the Shining Path sexually abused girls and women in his camp. He had a security force composed exclusively of women and abused them by force, even beating them. He impregnated the girls and made them have abortions. A female witness who was 11 years old when she was recruited says that Feliciano beat her with stones like an animal because she did not want to be with him. He made her have three abortions because she did not want to have children. The women were traumatized and had to obey under threat of death. Feliciano would get drunk and threaten them with raked weapons.
