Second narcoterrorist attack on Santa Lucia base repelled with no reported casualties
There was a second narcoterrorist attack on the Santa Lucia base, also repelled by helicopter gunships, with no deaths or captures reported. This attack occurred during the resumption of anti-drug actions in Alto Huallaga, after having been suspended for seven months.
