Balance of the Great Plan to Develop Bases in Function of Conquering Power - I Campaign to Promote the People's Guerrilla Army of the Shining Path. The document was seized by DINCOTE on January 31, 1991. It shows the military structure of the PCP-SL with the Main Force (816 militants), Local Force (4,650 with 385 militants) and Base Force (17,940 with 1,958 militants), as well as its arsenal of long arms, machine guns, small arms and dynamite.
