Formal complaint filed with prosecutor's office for kidnapping of two youths
The lawyer Antenógenes Haro Cruz filed a formal complaint before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Huaraz for the kidnapping and attempted murder of his brother Pedro Eduardo Haro Cruz and César Augusto Mautino Camones. The complaint details the facts that occurred on April 29 when both young men were intercepted in the Shansha Curve while they were on their way from Huaraz to Chihuipampa by bicycle, being forced to get into an orange truck with license plate RE-5508 owned by CORDE Ancash-Huaraz.
