Rape at Capaya Base and disappearance of sister Elisa
Rape of witness by lieutenant at Capaya Base while she was trying to free her sister in detention
In May 1989, Elisa was detained and taken to the Capaya Military Base, from where she sent a note asking for help, threatened with firing squad. Her sister (witness 500331) went to the base where a lieutenant tricked her, took her to a room and raped her threatening her with a knife. From this rape her daughter Elizabeth Chancas Alcca was born. Subsequently, a colonel in Abancay demanded food, money and that she work as a maid for six months in exchange for supposed help to free her sister.
