Murder of students Héctor Pérez, Alcides Velásquez and Juan Vitor Rivera
Three APRA students were tortured and killed by the PCP-SL
Students Héctor Pérez Morales (Zootechnics), Alcides Velásquez Castellares (Zootechnics) and Juan Vitor Rivera (Economics), militants of the PAP, were captured inside the university in the afternoon of April 27. The following day they were found dead with marks of torture. Over their corpses they placed the sign 'This is how the Rodrigo Franco's wretches die! Long live the PCP! Long live the EGP!'.
