PCP-SL kills ten peasants in attack on Pachaccalla community
Members of the PCP-SL attacked the community of Santa Rosa de Pachaccalla, killing ten peasants. This attack was part of the Shining Path offensive in Huancavelica during 1989, when the organization sought to regain presence in areas from which its columns had been dislodged.
