Kidnapping and murder of drug trafficker Carusso

Between March and April 1989, the Escorpio group commanded by Captain EP Martin Rivas kidnapped and murdered the drug trafficker known as Carusso. This was part of the group's operations that included kidnappings and executions in exchange for money, carried out under the cover of the counter-subversive war and with the impunity granted by their membership in the military intelligence system.
