Sendero Luminoso killed 7 people in Llaullimarca and Otuta
The PCP-SL raided the districts of Quiñota and Llusco between February 15 and 16, 1989, killing seven people in the communities of Llaullimarca and Otuta as part of its strategy of territorial control and elimination of local authorities.
