Murder of authority and rape of his wife in Puno

The affiant's husband was an authority in Puno and was killed by PCP-SL. Her children knelt down asking not to kill their parents, but the Senderistas said they were going to kill all the children of those they had killed. The affiant had a tent on the second floor and a hiker told her to go downstairs. He ordered her to take off her clothes and when she gave him her money so he would not kill her children, the man grabbed her hard, kissed her on the mouth and raped her. The case is evidence of sexual violence as a form of retaliation against authorities.
