Hooded attack on police post in Zarzuela, death of GC Isauro Loayza
Three hooded men attacked the Zarzuela police post in the city of Cuzco, resulting in the death of Civil Guard Isauro Loayza Vargas. This selective attack against police officers was part of the PCP-SL's strategy to weaken the presence of the State.
