Withdrawal of CICDA programs due to murder of aid workers in Haquira
As a result of the murder of three development workers in Haquira, Cotabambas district in Apurimac, the International Center for Agricultural Development Cooperation (CICDA) withdrew its promotion programs in the provinces of Chumbivilcas and Espinar.
