Transfer of GRUDE to the DOES-Barbadillo Base.
GRUDE was transferred from its San Bartolo Base to the DOES-Barbadillo Base. However, it maintained its administrative and operational autonomy until January 1992, when the new command merged the warehouses, transportation services, armory and other resources that it had been administering directly, leaving the GRUDE fully integrated into DINOES-PNP.
