General Hermoza admits possible military involvement in La Cantuta kidnapping

General Nicolas Hermoza admitted, for the first time before Congress, the previously denied possibility that some members of the military had participated in the La Cantuta kidnapping. This admission contradicted his previous statement of April 20, 1993.
