Detention of a Declarante in Ayacucho
On December 26, 1989, a declarant was detained in the district of Ayacucho, province of Huamanga, department of Ayacucho. The initial events took place at the DIRCOTE in Ayacucho. Subsequently, on January 23, 1990, the declarant was transferred to the Santiago Apóstol prison, also located in Ayacucho.
