Execution of a 14-year-old in Justicia, Paz y Vida
In early 1989, a 14-year-old boy, who was a delegate of sector 5 in the settlement of Justicia, Paz y Vida, was executed. He was allegedly linked to subversive activities and was kidnapped by three masked individuals. Witnesses reported that the execution was carried out by members of the SIN.
